So Monday marks SIX FREAKIN' WEEKS since I ordered my Rosie jersey. They told me 6-8 weeks. I'm crossing my fingers it's more 6 and less 8. Grrr.

Whoo! The jersex (haha) has arrived! Alas, I do not have it because they called me at 2:30 today and I didn't get the message until about 10 minutes ago. Of course, I went to The Eye yesterday and asked if it was in yet and they expected it next week. So now I have to wait until Monday, knowing that it's sitting 15 minutes away!  |

I hate it when that happens.  But at least you know it's done! Now you just have to get him to sign it. Imagine the look on his face when Chad realizes someone got HIS name and number! GET A PICTURE! |

Oh, I'd never get a jersex signed. I want to be able to wear it and not have to worry about the extra care to keep the signature on it. Although I suppose I could just have him sign it over and over. =.) "Hi, it's me again."
The funny thing is I told Heather that I was going to go to The Eye to get new Canes stuff for my new car and that I figured that would trigger the jersey's arrival. I got there yesterday and said, "So I know y'all were going to call me, but I ordered a jersey in April and I just know that if I don't ask now, you're going to call me in a couple of hours to tell me my jersey's here." She said they expected them next week.
And, sure enough, they call me the next day!

Ticket stubs, my college night shirt, pictures, shoot I would have them sign a piece of paper if I ran out of stuff. But I am really sad that I have the roster all on my jersey now because it means I should buy a new one so I can keep that one safe....ooo...reason to buy canes gear! To keep this little thready thread on topic...erm, Rosie smelled really good the day he signed my jersey LOL |
