From Sundheim's blog: hurricanes.nhl.com/team/app?service=page&page=NHLPage&bcid=rad8ED80
And Chad LaRose and Andrew Hutchinson both had outstanding tournaments. I watched all of the American games on WCSN.com, and there were times when it felt like the only name the announcer was saying was “Chad LaRose” simply because he was clearly the best player on the ice during that period. Hutch’s three goals seemingly all came at key, clutch moments, as he distinguished himself as a key part of the American power play. :rallyrag: :rallyrag:

Although I probably would have wondered if he smelled like Cinnabon coming out of the locker room. That would be a bit odd. Approximately 17 hours until the jersex is in my grubby lil' paws! Unfortunately, I have to work at Hallmark tomorrow night, so it'll be after 9 before I can chill out on the couch in my jersex and watch the Stanley Cup DVD.

Dumb question, but why are you calling it a 'jersex'? I get the word 'sex' idea... but is there more to it than that?

I sent Heather a text the other day about the jersey and *almost* sent as saying "jersex" because I got distracted and didn't hit the key enough times for the "y" and it was on the "x." Thankfully, I caught my error, but it just kind of cracked me and Heather up, so now it's the Rosie jersex. =.)

Text messaging is so fun on so many levels. And I still say it was a Freudian slip that led us to the "jersex" as it shall forever be known.
