I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but if he truly was misquoted that makes me feel better. As much as I don't like the Detroit Red Wings, I've always thought their organization, players and coaches were pretty darned classy.
That said, I did watch his post game pressers after Game 1 and he did come off as being kind of whiney. LOL

I've always thought Babcock was kind of whiney. LOL. And...pompous? I don't know. Just has the personality that turns me off.
The Pens have played well in spurts. Hopefully they'll get at least one at home.

Well do we have happy Penguin fans this morning? Looks like this thing is going to be a series. For the first time I watched part of the game last night but got disgusted and turned it off because to me the Wings looked JUST like the Canes when we were playing the Pens and it brought back bad flashbacks! LOL...

If it helps, the Pens looked JUST like the Canes when we were playing the Pens in Games 1 and 2. LOL
I watched most of the 1st but that was it.

Wow. The Pens really seemed to have a classic meltdown last night didn't they? I actually felt a little bad for Fleury getting pulled like that. This was the first game of the series that I actually sat down and watched the entire thing. I don't think I ever realized how dirty some of the Pens players can play. Next game is Tuesday right? I'm sure both teams are looking forward to a two day break.

Wings can play just as dirty....believe me on that one. LOL Shannon and I started watching but opted to put in the March 16, 2008 Canes vs. Ottawa game instead.

I flipped back and forth between this came and Game 7 Lightning/Calgery game that was showing on the NHL network. Susan you are right on the dirty playing by the Pens. They have been doing it through this whole series but this past game was the worse. Tuesdays game should be interesting.

Well I think ALL teams can play dirty to some extent. Of course some more than others. I never said the Wings don't play dirty just that I was surprised at the Pens dirty play because I don't normally expect that out of them.

Now now, you know I'm not fighting with ya. I can't comment on the Pens or Wings play for most of this series because I've only watched parts of each game. I just like to be different. Haha!

Oh I know you weren't fighting with me silly lady. Saturday's game was the only one I've actually watched all the way through myself so my comments were just based on that one game.
