For Khabi Fan -- a dedicated connoisseur of comely Russian netminders -- may I present Ilya Bryzgalov, the blond and leggy gentleman backing up Jiggy in Anaheim? ;D (Note: "Bryz," pictured in the lower third of the page, is the Duck whose golf game is getting roundly roasted by his golfing teammates.) First: You oughta make your way to Staples Center for a Kings game. Your boy -- y'know, the one in your signature -- is in net every freakin' night for the Kings. Don't ask how his GAA is 2.5, given the frighteningly bad club he plays net for! Bryz is a doll, most definitely ... even though he doesn't have his head in the game 95% of the time. It's because of the Ducks' knock-down, drag-out defense that his GAA isn't pushing four. (Note: Bryz is now sporting a trim, tight, honey-blond beard. Fun. ) Jan/GSBG

Trust me when I say, I DVR every game off Center Ice, and watch it the next day again before erasing. I miss him so much, and I wish he was still here, but it's good for him that he gets to play. He's a major reason they can win games out there, besides Cammalerri and Kopitar! I'd give anything to be able to come out there, and let me just say, if by God's Grace, the Kings keep him another year, which I am seriously just hoping for at this point, I WILL be on a plane to LA in October for the first game thay play there. I was going to say the home opener, but then I realised they decided it would be smart to play that in England...which I still don't get. Anyway My mom enjoys Bryz alot. She just got a shirt from NHL.com with him on it. She said it was only like 10$, she has a thing for Russian goalies. lol.

Yes, I did, Rgirl, and thank you very much. And isn't it great to know that our favorite players do have legs under all that armor and uniform? And fairly nice ones, at that!

And speaking of Russian goalies, happened to see that the Blackhawks are playing the Ducks tonight. The goalies? Both Nik and Ilya. Oh, man! I'd LOVE to go to that game!!!!!

Actually, I do like the Ducks, Jan. I'm not a Chicago fan at all, except for Khabi. I just think it would have been so cool to see both of my fave Russian goalies at the same time, doing stretches, practice... If you'll excuse me, I have to replace my keyboard now

You are very welcome KF, I love Ilya. I was glad to see him have a great game against Chicago,,, hope all the people who criticized him all season saw how great I've said he was all along. I love great legs on many of the Ducks players,Ilya and Teemu are just my two favorite Ducks period. And I won't even start on the joys of seeing some Brindy leg !!!!!!!

... I love great legs on many of the Ducks players,Ilya and Teemu are just my two favorite Ducks period. So, rg, could that possibly mean that you'll be heading to a Ducks practice at Anaheim Ice on your next vacation to the LA area? Keep in mind that because of the generally pleasant weather here, the players frequently wear shorts and snug-fitting T-shirts after practice ... Jan/GSBG P.S. A shorts-clad Teemu IS definitely something to behold.

I am making a couple of Canes games(hopefully) next season and am hoping to catch a Ducks game or two as well. And Teemu period is a sight to behold , but a friend from your area taped me the Ducks Insider on Teemu and his family and Teemu had shorts on in the parts off ice so, :drool2: , I have seen how well Teemu fills shorts.....And only Rod is as sexy when in Dad mode,in my opinion. Being a Ducks fan as well, Jan, any idea what Teemu's tattoo is? I saw it on the Insider and it is on his ankle, but couldn't see it still long enough to see what it was, though I would gladly volunteer to find out what it is.lol.
