I have a stupid question. When they travel to Florida or any other place that is not too far away do they travel the day before the game and stay over night or do they travel early in the morning on gameday?

Not a stupid question...I am thinking - anyone can correct me - that they travel the day before the game and stay overnight as much as possible.

The only time I know of that they travel the day of is when we have a game 12/26. They take morning skate in Raleigh and fly out several hours before the game. Otherwise they travel at least the day before, and if it's a west coast game, usually earlier.

No stupid questions to ask here mizwiz.. feel free to ask away! What a game from start to finish... or should I say "Finnish".. lol.. I would have been really pissed to have missed all that had it not been televised. So for at least 24 hours we are in FIFTH place ladies! WOO HOO GO CANES!!!!
