We travel to Tampa Bay for this one and I think I know of one or two ladies on this board that will be attending this one. At least one of them also has seats right behind the lovely Canes bench.. lol.. hopefully she can share some great info and pictures with us. Puck drops at 7:30 on this one and the game is being shown on FSN. LET'S GO CANES!!

Yeah I *finally* get to go to a game!!!!! AND YES I have seats behind the Canes bench!!!!!!!!!!!! ZOMG I am so excited! So...you can look for me behind the bench and to the right hand side. I shall be wearing my lovely Ruu shirt that Susan sent me for xmas! I am also taking my friend from work to her very first hockey game....I have been sharing Canes pictures and stories with her for the past couple of years and she has taken a liking to Jwill of course...she has been told to get in line. Still have not finished my sign....I had one but now I am not satisfied with it so I am going to start over. LOL Anyone with good sign ideas, feel free to pipe up. I hope to return with pictures-a-plenty. :rallyrag:

Right now it has "Tuomo = Sisu" LOL Happy Ruu Year? I love that!
TAMPA BAY – Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Jamie Heward has been released from a Washington D.C. hospital and is traveling back to Tampa today. Heward suffered a concussion during the third period of last night’s game against the Washington Capitals.
Heward, 37, was taken to Sibley Memorial Hospital last night, accompanied by Lightning Assistant Athletic Trainer Mike Poirier. He underwent further testing, where it was determined that no damage to his cervical spine occurred. Heward was kept overnight as a precaution and will be sidelined indefinitely, though the prognosis for his personal health is good.

I just saw where the Panthers beat the Penguins 6-1 earlier today and also the Sabres beat the BRUINS 4-2.......... there is obviously some weird hockey karma going on today and I hope it didn't travel to Tampa with our boys.

Sooo.. Tracy's "Happy Ruu Year" sign made TV and I've seen her twice in two periods in her seat behind the bench.. she's famous. She also sent me a text that our trainer tossed her a puck over the glass so she got a game puck too! Lucky gal....
