From Boston to Montreal.. quite the road trip happening here right before Christmas. If nothing else I hope our guys can do some bonding.. lol.. Most of our guys love to play in the Bell Centre and we have a history of doing pretty well there. The Habs will be out for revenge though so we will have to be on our toes. Puck drops at 7:00 pm and this one is being carried by the NHL network. LET'S GO CANES!!

I love watching us play Montreal, I'm not sure what it is about the two teams together but it's always great hockey. The scenes of snow falling outside the arena all night were awesome but not to be outdone by the outdoor beauty the Canes Ruutu laying on his stomach in the crease took the pass from Staal to tuck the puck past the Habs goalie for the OT win! The two points the Canes gained from this game moved them back to 8th place in the Eastern Conference one point ahead of Buffalo. The team is traveling on to Minnesota for a match up against the Wild tommorow night.

The game against the Wild scares me!!
I was laughing so hard at Ruu when he went in the net! And I love watching Staal celebrate goals. Every one of this is like his first.
And Sammyyyyyy!!!!! Wooooo!!!
And boo to the Habs fans for throwing stuff on the ice.

Staal's celebration looks JUST like his scary bobble!! LMAO I didn't notice them throwing stuff on the ice, last thing I noticed was them all sitting in the stands right after we scored the OT goal looking like they were stunned into silence. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) PS. Why does the game against the Wild scare you DG?

Because inter-conference games seem to be more physical than others and we are just now getting healthy.....

Because inter-conference games seem to be more physical than others and we are just now getting healthy..... Ahhh.. that makes sense, also very true. I'm just banking on the fact that the Wild have lost 7 of their last 8 games, of course the way our luck usually runs we will make them look like a Stanley Cup team!
