Gosh, thanks Dee. I scrolled on TWC to see who was picking up the game...not on FOX, not on Center Ice...just figured it was another un-televised game. Glad to know its on NBC !

Well this sucks. NBC in the Tampa area is showing the Red Wings/Boston game. But Center Ice here is suppose to show it. ;D Gotta work till 2:30, so got it set to tape.

This is a BIG game yet again because the Rangers are right on our tail. We keep up like we did Friday night and we can make a nice jump away from everyone else.

Hasn't she been warned to stay away from the guys, and mostly the goalies. Steph, no touching Johnny. Cams already got stitches in his leg.

Wow, this sucks. They came so close. And did anyone notice Johnny throw his stick at the end. He was pissed. Can't blame him either.

I'm kinda glad I had to come to work. I don't think I wanted to see the end of that.

I think thats the second time that i have seen him get that mad. Maybe the time change affected the guys like it did some of us.

I'm sure it didn't help that he was worried about his little buddy Cam.

The guys were with Johnny the entire way. When he first replaced Cam, the Canes kept NY from coming at him before he had a chance to settle in and get his feet under him, and the team worked hard to get that win during regulation and OT.
My thoughts on his throwing the stick (and you don't often see the players lose their cool like that in public) is that they're getting frustrated. They played hard and still couldn't get past Lundquist. They also haven't been able to win any of the shoot outs which no doubt is getting to be old hat. From what I've heard and read, many folks, fans and players alike, aren't that fond of SO's. I think it was more frustration than anger with JG.
