That's what I told him. I was like "Uh, dude I am not trying to be unique. Hutch has been my favorite since I have started watching the Hurricanes." He said "well, we don't have Hutch, but we do have Hedican. Ooooh we have Gleason too" I was like "I will just take the jersey thanks"

When he said that I turned to my friend and I told her I wouldn't wear Gleason on my jersey if they paid me to.
This guy would not listen that my goal wasn't to be unique, it was to have Hutchinson on the back of my jersey LOL

I tried to call The Eye today, but they were closed until Monday. (I thought they were open for a bit on Saturdays? Maybe I missed them.) So I'm calling Monday to see if they expect any LaRose nameplates or if I can just order one or what my best option is. Obviously, I could probably order it online somewhere, but I'm a STH so I'd get a 10% discount and I'd rather spend my money in Raleigh.

*sniffs* I was sooooo disappointed.

I thought they were open till 4ish, as well, but I called the main CH number -- because I couldn't find The Eye in the phonebook and I was on my lunch break at Hallmark -- and they said they were closed until Monday.

And then they had Rosie on "Ask the Caniacs"! For a second -- when they talked about the guy's humor -- I was afraid Forslund Focus was going to be about Rosie and then I was going to throw a downright hissyfit.

I would have left the arena, gone to the DQ on Western, gone BACK to arena and thrown my Blizzard at someone! (You and I, of course, would have eaten the other two I would have picked up. =.)

I soooo need to be washing dishes right now.

I would've gone all the way down to the ice and hurled that Blizzard right at the Lightning and then sat there nicely with you eating the others you bought us. Then they would know not to mess with us anymore!!

And once I was done with my Blizzard, I would've shoved the spoon up Torts' @$$. Or maybe Vinnie's. I dunno -- they were playing dirrrrrty last night and someone needed a butt-whoopin', that's for sure.

I have no available counter space in my kitchen and no glasses for milk in the morning, so I really have to go do that. *sighs* But gotta get the Nickelback out of the car first -- it makes it halfway enjoyable. =.)
